We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size and the item is still available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
